I had the same issue, one day the high beams stopped working, checked bulbs and fuses, all fine. Turned out to be the multi-function (turn signal) switch in the column like M60 said. I think there is a youtube video by Paul that shows how to fix it. The hardest part is taking the steering wheel off - I had to heat the steering wheel bolt to loosen the blue loctite.
