I have no high beams. Bulbs are good. What is the most likely problem? Thanks , Bill

 

Most likely not your issue but if it is a Canadian market car your highbeams will only work if your headlight switch is in the on position. Canadian market cars automatically turn on all exterior lights with ignition on but highbeams only work with switch turned to on position. Just a thought.

Use the flash to pass and see if the high beams light up for a second. You could have a problem with the switch on the column.
Check the fuses located on the driver's side of the dash board by the door hinges.

 

I had the same issue, one day the high beams stopped working, checked bulbs and fuses, all fine. Turned out to be the multi-function (turn signal) switch in the column like M60 said. I think there is a youtube video by Paul that shows how to fix it. The hardest part is taking the steering wheel off - I had to heat the steering wheel bolt to loosen the blue loctite.
