Is that the 90 degree elbow below the MAF sensor before the Throttle body? Looks like something 'floating' in there (plastic?). The 90 degree elbow has (normally) baffles, looked like someone might have done the MOD for the elbow that reduced airflow (part of the MAF de-screen/elbow de-baffle).
