The BAS warranty is pretty solid. THe EZon warranty depends on who put it on.
I have a BAS and in about ten more years, I will buy another one.

We have a forum member that lives in Kansas but travels to California several times a year - he charges around $300 to put the top on. He does only BAS tops.
