Thanks for the info Pizza Guy. I've eliminated quite a few items on the list of things to check.
1) Divider Switch / Top Switch has been jumped.
2) Windows go down when unlatching D Ring ( PTCM and BCM are talking)
3) CLP/SSM has been replaced with a supposedly good unit.

I'm going to do more investigating in the trunk lock / trunk switch area but I keep thinking it might be a bad pump.

BTW, I've read your convertible top write up. That's some really impressive work my friend. I'll bet you've saved many Crossfire owners hours of diag work! Hats off!!!!
