There was a post on here that I saw and it worked for me.
I remember there are 2 fuses in the engine fuse box. Remove bot of them. Then disconnect the negative battery cable for 3 minutes. Then put the fuses back i and then connect then reconnect the negative cable. It should reset the radio.
If I can find the post, I'll put it here.
Thanks John, I'll make sure I pull the correct fuses before yanking them (I have the 2008 manual and I have heard some fuses are different).
