In the spirit of being a positive, contributing member, I or many of the other members that have completed this simple fix (whether to paint them or correct a leak) would be happy to send you step by step instructions that would allow you to correct your “bubble” breather issue. I’ve now done it several times and found that it was one of the simplest projects you can do. I’m sure that with your apparent limited abilities you can do it too.
