UPDATE:
The tie wrap has worked. No more sound from the exhaust!
I still here a sound like the door is bouncing when I hit a bump even when I'm driving in a straight line. I don't think it's the suspension. I don't see any broken welds in the sub frame, differential, no broken springs, etc...
The door lines up as it should. I don't have a clue.
