Here was my requirements
1. Did not want a single din to large screen where it would either block my lower console buttons or my AC controls. I live in Florida, and AC is, well, a god-given requirement.
2. Did not want to have to modify or destroy my center console
3. Wanted Carplay and Andriod Auto
4. Needed to be easy to return if it did not work
5. had a good built in mic or external mic for hand free calling and be able to respond to hey siri / hey google
I saw a few of Random name Chinese stuff from Amazon and eBay but then came across the Honda S2000 forum as the radio hides under a single din flap and can not have a big screen single din solution. A user bought and used now for a year plus this Power Acoustiks CP-71W it is a Walmart exclusive but they apparently make marine radios and other things. It basically checks off all the items on my list.

I can walk into any Walmart with it; if I need a new one, well, again, it is available at most Walmarts, and I have it shipped the next day. Options of carplay / android auto are there both wired if you want to run the USB from the back of the radio somewhere or via wireless car play/android auto. There is a front USB C port, but that is charging only. That is really the only negative I can say about it. But it does do fast charging on my iPhone.
There are physical buttons and a remote ( baby remote ) it comes with a GPS antenna for some reason but not defined in the manual why as it states in carplay/andriod auto modes that the phones GPS would be used and there is no GPS app on the head unit which looks to be a linux based unit and not android. Has lots of nice sound options and EQ. Have not done the 4 channel mod to the amp. I bought two Metra I tested the metra connector that Crutchfield said to use with and with out the RCA jack and it sounding the same no pops or crackles so to each there own on that one. the unit can support front and back camera inputs, but again, I am a little confused about whether this is a future feature as it is really not documented. If I did have one, how would I access it? Over all it sounds good the clarity is there and by itself was a massive improvement over the failing stock radio.
