I bought this head unit back in Novemeber, I just got around to installing it yesterday. I bought two (SCOSCHE VW01B and Metra 70-1786) and used the Metra harness to 1:1 everything, and while it works, there's a constant low hum and occasionally the screen will just go black, and stay black until a reboot. What harness did you all use? The harness that comes with the CP71W was also incredibly loose. I have an 04 with the Infiniti system.

 

Took a while, but here's a picture of my Power Acoustic stereo. Had it installed at Best Buy. Thanks to one of the previous owners' installation of the Black Series vinyl in the interior the slight protrusion of the radio out of the console is minimized. It looks pretty good. I also had a backup camera installed that really makes backing the car so much safer and easier.

 

I had installed the unit on my Crossfire. I had not driven the car at night since installation. When I turned on the headlights the screen started flickering. It was like it was alternating between daytime and nighttime. The google map in android auto was changing background like it did not know it was light or dark out. The frequency was about every two seconds. I have not relooked at the settings, but the previous android radio had no problems.

It only supports 4 channel "speaker level" outputs, but it has front/rear left right fader

controls. Looks like it could tie into the stock amp with high level inputs.
