Default 2006 crossfire radio?

I have a 2006 crossfire Limited, I think. It is black with black leather, six speed manual, and has the crossfire door trim emblems. However, the radio is not an infinity. The rear speakers have no emblem on them. There doesn’t seem to be an amp Under the passenger feet floorboard. I’m wanting to replace the radio, but I am not sure if my model has an amp or not. From what I am reading all the limited have an amp. Not sure what to look for in a radio because of this. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably a previous owner has replaced the factory and removed the amplifier I would go to this link for professional advice https://www.crutchfield.com/m_266150/Car-Stereos.html
Some owners are do this conversion (double din) with backup camera view

You may have a base model, not a limited. what color is the windshield trim? Base models did not come with an amp. Does it have cloth or leather seats?

I have a 2005 coupe limited and xfire has an amp under passenger foot board I had problems with it and change it for a Kenwood and JBL sub +Harmsn-Kardon speakers I like CarPlay and replace radio with Pioneer single din and sliding display with good results for more than four years There’s a doble din kit if you prefer a bigger screen and it’s beautiful You can find it in the forum Hope this helps

Hello, where are you from (where you purchased the car)? Like Pizzaguy says, post a picture of the interior console/dash area. This might help a lot. Thanks!

The car closest is a base model (all black). The other is a Limited (silver trim).

Looks like the base model. Just a head unit in that car and no amp or back speakers. I ended up putting in a digital single din head unit and installed new speakers in the back. The latest single din units fit well (Walmart at $150) in the slot and have android auto and car play. Need to run wires to the back and new speakers since they don't exist in the base model and a backup camera if you want. There is plenty information in the forum on the latest installed uniots.
