Car came across 3 lanes.

I ended up rear ending them, Cop and Insurance placed fault on other driver. Other driver of course didn't have insurance or speak the language and was not ticketed nor was the car towed, because of course they weren't in 2024.

Couldn't see the car well initially from my position being lower and further back from the dashcam, the insurance adjuster initially thought it was me accelerating it was actually the truck next to me from also being cut off. They entered the onramp going about 25.

There were other ways to probably avoid like being more aware of the guy cutting over 3 lanes, but I couldn't swerve out of the way because of a car behind me.

USAA paid out 10k, I bought the car back for 1K. Will attempt to fix it, it is drivable, the adjuster said employee drove it from the lot in Bedford to Fort Worth, which is a good hour away, so that's positive.


Damn, I hate Dallas.
