Default Hydraulic Cylinders Replaced but Top Won't Work Right

I worked with @TopHydraulics and got all 7 cylinders finally installed. No leaks (that was a battle) and the top does not successfully go down or up. Up is closer but I feel it is some kind of sensor not working right. I was pretty sure (99%) all the sensors are in the correct spots. This is super frustrating, I had major issues with the right main lift cylinder I had to send back and try again. Ironically the bow cylinders were I felt the easiest ones.

Anyway I'll get to the installation later, any assistance from @pizzaguy or any others on where to start here appreciated. I usually work with Rudy but he is on a break right now.

Also one other point is I feel the Tanneau cover is not 'locking' I don't hear it click with wrench when doing manually or with button. I have also opened and closed the top at least 10 times with car on. Hydraulic fluid is at max.
