I put KYB on my 86 corvettes many years ago, yes, I still have the car my wife owns a 1978 pace car that we've sense 1991.So these shocks came with some large rubber bushings to put on first to install next to the body under the car so confusing there. It also is showing using the top rubber bushing that came on the car to use that, So my son is helping me get it done. I just removed the air filters there the original ones, and the plugs looks they've a very long time also. Thats, ok I like the challenge.
A few tips that will make your life easier when changing the spark plugs;
The night before you change them, if you have an air compressor, blow out the area around each spark plug. Then spray penetrating oil around them.
Spray penetrating oil again the day you replace them.
Recommended tools (These are worth every penny!)
