Default Re: blown turn signal bulb, or not?

Been a long time since I've visited this thread, when I had that same problem with front signal socket having the bent contact. Now, I have a new problem.

Both the front and rear passenger side turn signals stopped working. For a while, it was intermittent (sometimes they'd flash and other times not so much).
Now it seems permanent. Obviously, I checked the bulbs, both were good. Running a simple tests, I found that both lit up properly when using the
emergency flashers, so I don't think it is socket related. Checked the fuse, and all is good. This leaves me thinking that the problem is in the switch in
the multi-function unit inside the steering column. I am a bit of trepidation in taking on that challenge, but it need to I'm sure I can handle it. A few months
back, my wife did something similar with our '92 Jeep Comanche. If she can do that, you bet I will.

So, just wondering if anyone knows where I might source that part if it has failed. Or if there is something I can do to repair that unit.

Thanks all. Hope you all have a great day.
