I check the torque settings on the valve cover screws every 2 years. When I did the Crankcase Breather Covers repair work several years ago, I found all the valve cover screws somewhat loose. I re-torqued them all to spec. And so far, I've never had to install new valve cover gaskets on my 2007 Coupe.
