I jack mine up the same way as UrbanE.
I drive it up on Rhino Ramps first, then jack up the rear. Then I place a set of jack stands under the rear jack pads. The ramps allow me to get the jack under the nose, so I can lift it high enough to place the front jack stands.
I'm looking to get the "Quick Jack" lift maybe next year.
