I would
1) Watch the Top Hydraulic video series on Youtube. Your problem can most likely be fixed yourself once you invest a little bit of time into making yourself familiar with the basics (hydraulic cylinders, sensors that attach, the relay/control module, the pump etc)
2) Start with the simple things such as making sure the top cylinder sensors were attached correctly
3) If you want to take your car to a repair shop, take it to ANY European aftermarket repair shop that works on Mercedes. They will figure this out rather quickly. Taking it to Chrysler is a nightmare waiting to happen.
4) I would insist that the folks who gave you back a messed up car fix the problem. That is really where I would start if you do not want to work on it yourself. Klaus, the owner of Top Hydraulics, will assist them in fixing whatever is going on, if they gave him a call.
