3) If you want to take your car to a repair shop, take it to ANY European aftermarket repair shop that works on Mercedes. They will figure this out rather quickly. Taking it to Chrysler is a nightmare waiting to happen.
4) I would insist that the folks who gave you back a messed up car fix the problem. That is really where I would start if you do not want to work on it yourself. Klaus, the owner of Top Hydraulics, will assist them in fixing whatever is going on, if they gave him a call.
thank you for your response. Truly appreciate you. I found a foreign car shop here in Midlothian that’s gonna take a look at it. Hopefully he can figure it out. I’ll probably give him Top Hydrolics number so they can walk through the process. The company called Interior Guys worked on it originally and couldn’t fix it. They were able to get the windows to do down when you release the D handle bit that’s it, thanks again for your help
