I dont think he can glue that, especially there.
But removing it isnt as bad as it seems. I used this video and this glue.
Make sure to set the glue in the Sun to soften it up, and use a good Calk Gun.
He will need to drill out 8 rivets and replace them, the rest is really quite simple.
