My car has been sitting for about four months. I started it up and found the AC select buttons not working and noticed the radiator fan ramps up to high speed. Blows hot air thru vents when driving down the road. Pulled codes and nothing found! Any suggestions? RCM or Climate control module?

What conditions would cause the radiator fan to ramp up?

Replaced RCM with spare, as M60A3Driver siuggested, but has same ramp up condition! What's a DUO Valve? Any suggestions wherte to go next? What does the fan control module look like and might it be the problem? Thanks

Found it and guess it's a mixing valve for climate control. Don't know if it would have anything to do with the radiator fans ramping up though. What ya think?
