Default Alignment agony

I have a 2004 crossfire. My wife parked on a side street in a small downtown area facing downhill. She parked with the wheels turned all the way to the right facing the curb. A driver hit the left Front tire and wheel. No body damage other than a broken side view mirror. The insurance company for the other driver insisted. I take the car to a Chrysler dealer for an estimate. They said I needed a new upper and lower control arm and knuckle. I replaced those parts. The knuckle I got used from eBay and I got aftermarket upper and lower control arms. I put it all back together and attempted to have an alignment done. The shop told me they could not get it back to factory specs. Does anyone have experience with this issue? I compared the aftermarket control arms to the parts are removed and could not tell any difference. Thanks in advance for any guidance. I think i’m just going to have to spend the money for factory parts. Oh, additional information, I ordered the aftermarket parts, using the part numbers on the control arms.
