Experience has shown that the connectors are no longer used in current production cars of any sort, and for that reason, are not in any parts catalogs. We deal with this all the time when the CLP/SSM gets wet and it's cables and connectors get all corroded.

My advice to you is to do what we do for the CLP/SSM: Find a parts car and grab the last 2-4 feet of cable with the connectors and do a splice job.
If no such cars are available in your area, you can always upgrade to a nice new aftermarket amp.

Aside from that, there is a Facebook group that is kind of a "parts/tech help" page that I help moderate, we have quite a few owners on there with parts cars - that harness is not in high demand, should be able to find one pretty easily. Look for "The Crossfire Tech-Parts & Rescue Group", answer the membership questions (so we know you are a real person not a 'bot) and I'll let you right in.
