Today I went and adjusted the rear bow microswitch(the one with the lever sitting over it), which I saw was stuck in the unlock position, and examined the latch retainer switch was in proper order. When turning the D ring the windows go down and operate via switch. The spoiler now works via switch as well. I think the problem remains with why the liftgate says unlocked when closed. Will keep y'all posted.
