As far as my shifter, it's only while in Park. I put it in drive then when I try to put it in reverse or park, I can't. I have to wiggle the shat out of it to get it to go in R/P. As far as driving, it shifts great.

@tighed1 I believe he sells rebuilt RCMs. He also rebuilds them at a very low cost and a quick turn around.
If not I wouldn't buy used. You can get a new one from amazon for about $160.00, the good thing is if that's not the problem, you can return it. I carry a spare all of the time.
