Recommendations selling ‘05 SRT6 Roadster
A good friend of mine recently passed and I’m assisting his widow with selling his absolute favorite car a silver 2005 SRT6 Roadster with under 22k miles.
This was one of 5 misc semi-collectible cars he had and he was meticulous in record keeping and maintenance. I believe he was the 3rd owner, originally a California car and had 17k in 2020 when he purchased it. There’s no cracks in the wing and the top is in good shape. I don’t know of a single thing wrong with it but a Crossfire buff might notice something minor. It was always stored in a garage (with lift) and he honestly never drove it in the rain other than bringing it home from Tennessee. The under carriage is clean with no rust at all. It’s currently near Branson MO.
Sorry, that was a lot of info. What was most important to him was that the car go to someone who would really appreciate it and take care of it. Seems like everyone in this forum probably fits that bill! I’ve looked at BAT but are there other places I should consider? I’ll put it in this forum when I pick it up in the next day or two to take pictures and replace the battery. The pictures are from when he bought it in 2020. The document is his notes for the upkeep.
Note: He lent it to me about 6 months ago for a couple of days to help me convince my wife that we needed a convertible. It drove great and that motor with supercharger is sweet! I would love to buy it myself but I’m just not in a financial position to do that and keep up with ongoing costs.
