Take all of the styrofoam out.
There are two small plugs located in the wheel wells. Remove them and leave them out. Also dry out the trunk floor and use Damp-Rid or a dehumidifier to make sure all of the moisture is gone.
If your CLP has water damage you will have to replace it with a new one. Make sure you get one with at least 12 inches of wiring harness. Then you will have to cut the old harness and splice it to the new one.
Water wicks up the braided copper wires and will cause problems in the future. See picture for location of black plug by the CLP.
