Well, there are six featured Crossfire Owners in this one. We had an awesome drive into the Colorado mountains today.

Evan - where is your license plate??? When I first got my XF the tag wasn't screwed on all the way & I lost it 2 days later driving down the highway.

 

Nice shot Erzer. I have been there near Highlands NC.

 

The temp tag is on the front windshield (inside). Ok, funny (well maybe not funny) story. We had about five Crossfires go through Teller County (which is where Cripple Creek is at) back in 2008. We all got pulled over for speeding (supposedly), but only had a warning. Today, we had five Crossfires again and one of us got pulled over. One member was pulled over because his temp tag was in the front windshield... I was informed that I needed to put mine in the rear as well. I had tint installed on my car at the time of purchase and the dealer put the temp tag there as you cannot put anything on the tint during the "curing" process. Plus, the temp tag blocks the rear view. Temp tag theft is a problem here, so they usually tape it to the inside of the vehicle...

Moral of the story, do not drive with exactly five Crossfires through Teller County...

Thanks man, and that is why I stayed with AMG wheels, they dressed it up nice with the 18/20 stagger, but still a subtle, OEM look...

 

I may post a frame...when I get one I'm satisfied with!

 

You should see what he did with his, simple, black, Base model. He had taken that car so far, you didn't even think about it being a base or limited - it just WAS.

First blacked out car I ever liked. About the only one, too.

Molly will question stuff as I am doing it and then later say, I would have never thought that would look good, but with the other stuff you did, it just works. I try not to go overboard and after many people asking me, I like the limited better, but they both get more attention that any 10 year old car should
