And for the next few weeks, I'll be asking everyone here about the right pads to make my new Eibach springs the right height on the first try. The boy is home and will help me install the rears next week. I have a local shop to do the fronts with 2 alignments for $135.
Any clues in this regard will be welcomed. Both I and my wife aren't small-I don't need this too slammed when we're actually in it! 1.1" and 1.3 is too much-I was thinking 3/4" and 1" would be about right?
I made my own pair of adjustable camber arms (with some advice from MikeR) for this install. All 316L SST.
Let me know one and all!

I buffed my foggy headlights with the 3M headlight restore kit. It worked great! At first I used a cordless drill then went to a corded drill as I ran the battery down. I highly recommend this product. you get the blue 3m masking tape at Walmart. Got the kit at Autozone. Also, just received a chrome mesh grill from Santa!
washed and waxed her today - been raining here for almost 3 weeks - got 4 unsolicited compliments: pretty, beautiful, hot and badass ...
washed and waxed her today - installed the crossover capacitors for the speaker upgrade...not a bad way to start the new year, oh and Saturday I put the spectre filter right on the throttlebody as per harleyrace...quicker throttle response and she seems to growl when I punch the pedal...
drove the he** out of it, in the rain left my house went about 20 miles up town then around town ,back home.,,,now it is so dirty from all the slipping and sliding, jim
I went down into the garage last night and tried out my new shark steam unit on my engine , does a really nice job cleaning the magnesium metal , .

Took mine out of the garage yesterday and blew the cobs out of the motor.
Took my wife out for a spin today. She has not been in it since I put in the new SC pulley and tune. She is still alive and hasn't filed for divorce.
So I'm driving along, just minding my own business and I decide to gun the pedal just for a cheap thrill when from behind me this dude in a "tricked out" Navigator apparently wants to race. Well I'm not a kid anymore and I know better, but I think "lets go!" So we're weavin in and out of cars charging from red light to red light. all the while I'm thinkin "Damn, I'm gonna get a ticket" but I don't stop racing! ... I'm feelin like a teenager again! Anyway the Navigator weaves around and takes the lead and veers left and I'm really really tempted to pursue him but I come to my senses and go on home....has this ever happened to any of you "sane" Crossfire drivers?
