I found out how to tighten my rear view mirror to the windshield.
I had my windshield replaced last year at home
Several days later I noticed my rear view mirror wasn't secured tightly.
I tried a torx tool inside the little whole but it didn't find anything in there to turn.
I recently asked the question on a Facebook tech page how to tighten the rear view mirror.
I was told that the little whole in the base by the windshield is for leverage to turn the mirror base 90 degrees either direction to detach and attach and was told to try to use a Phillips screwdriver that fits in the whole snug to turn it to release it and then try to reattach it by turning it back 90 degrees while holding it firmly and flush against the glass
Well that was the trick
It just wasn't attached correctly from when the installer put it back on
Took only a couple minutes and now it's tightly secured
I replaced the cabin filter yesterday. The one I took out was filthy! Getting to the filter location took some contortion, but I was able to complete in half hour to 45 min. Now the air coming from the AC smells outdoor fresh!
Great job, lots of work, patience and skill. That is a good way to mod the rockers, sure beats the fiasco of the group buy back in the day here. It was suggested to use an angle bracket from the Home Depot to hold them on for crissakes. Over 900 posts on this thread before it was closed down, physical violence was mentioned more than once. A real hoot to read toward the end.CLICK to see the thread.
I have to ask, which way did you put rocker clips on?
Edit
It seems you answered it in another thread.

Thanks everyone
I installed the white clips onto the rockers as instructed. I reached out asking the question. Question answered. The step by step instructions were extremely clear. I totally benefited by the experience of someone else. Thank you Zip439. Each of those clips is $6. and you want to get it right the first time.
Over ride the speed deployed spoiler. I’m just the builder, unfortunately I’m not the programming genius for these cars. For that I reached out to Rudy. I’m really grateful that he was able to accommodate. If I want to go back to the speed deployed setup, I can just remove the wing and bolt the speed spoiler back into the deck lid.
Bad for me, after all of this, I’ve only driven it a block. My luck, a leak from rear right tire at the bead. I’ll have to wait until Monday to get it repaired. At least it’s a rain and cloud day here today.
I’ll be installing front callipers and rotors today.
I painted them, I’m boring because I painted them Silver
I used the last of my Blue Magic Headlight Lens Restorer when I did this earlier this weekend. Just wanted to use up the remaining product. I usually use Meguiar's PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish on the vehicles. This product also does a terrific job of removing the haze that occurs on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande windows throughout the canvas top..
On the dozens of convertibles I've owned with a plastic rear window I've always used Plexus Plastic Cleaner & Protectant in the spray bottle every time I washed the car. I never thought about it before but it might be wise to give the headlights the same treatment.

I know some people like to debadge, and mine was off when I bought it, but she was born this way and now she will proudly shout who/what she is.
Finished the brake swap and went for the first real spin of the year. An hour mixed city and hwy
top down
really sunny
it was perfect
i luv driving this car
Best "SRT" on the planet... in white! Just drove an SRT yesterday. The brakes are superior to the Base/Limited, there is no doubt. And the power, wow. It lives up to the hype. Now try the C32 AMG (4-pot, larger rotors) brake upgrade. Each step is a rung up the ladder.
