Looking good in Blue
Indeed I am, the rear passenger side clip is rubbing on the disc (from the sound generated), I need to remove the wheel at the weekend and adjust the clip. From the cabin sound, I believe my other three wheels are all in the clear.

Installed this £110 Amazon Single Din Car Stereo Head unit, 9.5" Vertical Touch Screen this afternoon, 10min job however no sound output as yet, hoping its just a difference in factory to aftermarket unit wiring harness (had this in BMW's with the amplified wire needing re-routing) > shall investigate tomorrow.
Looks and functions OK for the money, and CarPlay and vertical position was my focus in buying this budget unit.

Took some time this morning to detail the exhaust tips on my 2007 Coupe. Not in the same class as DKAwildcat, but much better than when I started.

Looks Great , Mine are about the same & stay that way with regular polishing. I used metal polish and a drill with a conical shape polishing bit

In my particular case, I bought a selection of small buffing wheels, all sizes & shapes, to polish the chrome wheels on my 2006 F150. Turns out one of the buffing wheels is shaped such that if fits inside the exhaust tip without having to do much moving around. Eliminated the hand rubbing I've done in the past. And was much faster!

Re: Cleaning/polishing exhaust tips. I posted this previously will post it again if people are on an exhaust tip cleaning kick... This stuff is MAGIC. Primarily made for cleaning gun residue that no solvent or anything can cut through, with this you just wipe it away in a few seconds. Cut a 2" x 3" piece and done in couple minutes. The 6" x 9" sheet gives enough for 9 cleanings so $1 per.

Hey, apologies - missed this reply.
Amp turn-on wiring still on the 'to-do' list. I have since upgraded the unit to a slightly more expensive - horizontal full android version and have just on your recommend found an amp wire instruction note here: https://www.carstereoremoval.com/htm...fire04_08P.htm
Will aim to sort the cable and achieve sound tomorrow lunchtime.
Thanks again.

Applied leather conditioner/cleaner to the leather seats, used her for running errands and making us smile.

Picked up another crossfire over the weekend. Brought it home and started to make a list of all its failings. 🤣
its a lot…. The entire front suspension is loose/broken, driveshaft support bearings shot, bad wheel speed sensor, leaks from every single place you can think of. It’ll be some time before it’s ready to be driven “safely”… Replaced the LF hub assembly to get it safe enough to drive down the freeway, seat relay, sticky key, hatch struts, and the radio so far.

but that’s the game I’m in. I only by basket case Crossfires. Here’s a couple pics.

If radio front end is bad and amp is good you might consider something like
this this
(are many, few have wireless).
