Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Took the control section of the dash out to get to the back side of the fan switch after reading a couple of the great posts and picking up a couple of things required to get the radio out, then took the blower compartment area out cleaned the blower motor and sprayed all the connections with cleaner let everything dry and everything is working fine!! Thanks for all the great write up's on how to get to everything!! Now my next issue is headlight adjustment??? Someone i think has already screwed the pooch on the allen wrench adjustment on the back so the think the light needs to come out?? ANY IDEA'S!!!!!

Holy cow! Mine is ~12.5k over the day I bought her 10 years ago with 4.5k on the clock. She's a garage queen...in fact hasn't been out of the garage this year.

Headed to the garage to attempt a Carbon Fiber wrap of the windshield surround and the rear wing on my SRT6. I'll have to plan this well, since I still have limited use of my left hand but I will give it my best shot. And, I won another trophy at a show with no classes, just the 10 best cars. A good year so far, 5 shows, 3 trophies!

Get the key from NeedsWings.com ,somewhere around $150 each.

I removed the alarm siren because of random squealing, no false alarms so far .
also cleaned the drains and all around too, it was not bad , found a few leaves and twigs and 2 wiper nut covers down there , now i have spares :-)
i fitted the 2nd grommet , coated the cowl with macquires gold class trim dressing , the light grey patchy look has gone and it looks a nice even dark grey now.
a good day .

Wow, congrats on the win. Yesterday, we changed the valve cover gaskets on the black SRT. Got tired of seeing and smelling burned seeping iol.
Something marred the clearcoat on the roof of the black srt and we compounded and buffed it out. Now to get rid of the little white specs all over the car then a good coat of wax should dress her up nicely.

Fitted a new gear **** today - took all of 30 seconds!
What a difference though, looks better and feels a million times better. The original (imo) is nasty.
I'll get some pics up at the w/e....

I bought a refill kit for the A/C and topped off my system. I'm impressed that after over 11 years in my hands, 12 years of total service life, and not a day in the shop, my A/C is still quite cool, was barely a 1/2 pound low, so no leaks. That's the best performance I've ever had from any vehicle A/C system.
