For those who were following the saga in May, here's the outcome with the SRT...
TWIMC, I just got out of court.
Verdict?
90 days probation (ticket free).
On-line drivers safety course.
$300 fine.
Ticket is excused. No points.

Not too bad IMO. I think it's fair.

I'm enjoying the Z3 though it's not as sturdy as the XF.

Glad it worked out well for you Beep! And, your insurance won't go up. So why did you trade your Xfire for a Z3?

Great lawyer! She tried the officer first but he's a known "hard ***" and wouldn't budge.
Then she worked with the prosecutor but because the speed was so high, she wouldn't budge either.
Then she worked directly with the judge and hammered out the deal. It likely helped that I was the best dressed and most courteous defendant in the room.

 

That SRT was a raging animal. It is possible to have too much power plus I was missing the MT.
If I get tired of the Z, I"ll rethink getting another NA. I really liked the Alabaster one I used to own.

We'll see how things are after the 90... ahhh, 89 days and have a squeaky clean record again.
