Nicknames
We all love our Crossfire, that is a given, what I'd like to know is what are some of the nicknames that you have attached to your cars. I have been calling mine the Ghost, because of the light color and because "There it is, then suddenly, it's gone." LOL So let's hear 'em.
I've never been one to name my cars but my daughter (my youngest) has started naming them. Her car is a de-badged, black 04 Stratus that she has called "Stella" since the day she started driving it. Why "Stella" - I have no idea. When I brought the Xfire home, she started calling it "Malone" ... because it looks slick, shifty and mean all at once - like a gangster. Kinda fits, so that's what we call it now
The first gift from my wife after I bought my Crossfire was 2 T shirts with
"I'm Having a Midlife Chrysler" on them.
Wife informed me her roadster is Dixie.. Texas southern girl by dealer "birth" rights..
Thought about it.. 2 years later and no name for mine.. She has the orange OSU going on with the center caps and badging..
Added orange LED map lights tonight..
and orange lighted door sills coming thanks to the sale going on.. (Cowboys etched in)..
She will now be known as NATCHO...
Also as in NATCHO crossfire! LOL.

I thought the naming convention was to take on the name of whatever lady friend you first christen the car with.. though given the tight space inside, the car would either remain nameless or you're dating a contortionist
I named mine LOLA (like in the song from 1970 by the Kinks) because she looks very pretty and hot on the outside (Chrysler product ) but underneath she is really something else all together (Mercedes)

Actually, Daimler and Chrysler were married, (and had been) for some time before the Crossfire was born.
not to bring up an older post but i started this thread in another forum and had great response. but since it's here already i don't want to clutter up the pages.
anyways, i call my car Atlas. at first my girlfriend named it Gatsby because of the art deco look but then i usually name my vehicles to greek mythological figures. it's just a thing lol
Atlas just suits it.

DISCLAIMER ! I am NOT making fun of the Spanish accent, I personally find it pleasant.
