Glove box
The easiest way to that light is to remove the 5 Phillips head screws across the top, the 2 inside and the one at the top under the right dash cover.
The glove box will then pull down far enough in the upper left corner to access that bulb.

You don't need to remove any screws. The cover just snaps off, if I remember right, you just pry with a plastic trim tool starting on the right side, but check the search feature, there was a post about this.
Thanks Jim. I stupidly did not use the SEARCH, I just went out and looked at the car.
I first tried popping the light assembly out, but it acted like it wanted to break so I stopped.
Here's the text from the search :

You pull the glove box light assembly from the right side down and forward and it just pops out. You can see the connecting cable on the left. After you have the whole light assembly out, just replace the bulb and pop back in.
Been there, done that. I've learned to use the search a lot, as they say, anything I can think of has been done and documented already. It still amazes me how many things on this car are snap off, snap on, maybe just one or two screws. It was engineered for easy maintenance. If it seems difficult or labor intensive, I'm doing it wrong!
