Default The Startech Xfire is almost back, with new rear diffuser

As some of you know, the original Startech coupe was totaled by a moron eating a red light. Well the replacement I found is an 04 coupe with only 30k miles, and the wonderful red leather interior I always wanted in absolutely brand new condition. The car is a one owner garage kept beauty.

I finally got my Brabus/Startech Monoblock V wheels as well, freshly painted 19x8.5 in the front and 19x10 in the rear. I've decided to wait until the spring to have them installed and just run the stock rims for the winter. I won't drive this car much in the winter but still don't want to mount them.

I just need to get my Startech badges back on. I'll have some shots of the interior soon. Got a couple of custom and good taste goodies inside.

Also finished my rear diffuser mod.

Nice, is that a Startech engine cover or a custom one?

Looking great!

Looks like you still need some ST badges?

Yeah bluecat, gone with that car was my brand new Borla Exhaust which the insurance company wouldn't let me take off and a few other goodies. They wanted to keep my startech parts and the bone yard she was in wouldn't let me either as they said the insurance wanted the entire car.

So I gave one of the workers $50 to look the other way and I took all my Startech stuff and interior stuff off. F that noise.

Did anyone notice my hybrid rear diffuser with Mopar and CTD parts? Or my all chrome door handles?

Just an FYI, the REnntech carbon fiber airbox is still up for sale. As you can see in the photos its a trick piece of kit. The buyer I had backed out as he didn't like the scuff on the left hand side of the box.

$700

Coupled with an exhaust and tune this makes real power. I'd say on the order of 15hp with those mods. You will notice that the car sounds different under acceleration. In order to mount this seamlessly, you have to shave down the little rubber stoppers which it mounts to. I used a razor blade for this purpose.

I'm only selling because I went over on my home reno budget and need some cash. If I don't sell it I'm fine with that as well as it adds power and looks the business much more so than the stock cover.

Anyway thanks and have a nice weekend.
