Default Crossfire compatible spoilers

Hi!

I've been searching for a Crossfire spoiler that looks like this picture below.

My only issue is I am not big on spoilers and am not sure which spoilers would fit on a crossfire and where I would fit them.

Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

[QUOTE=Blackktieguy;824251]Hi!
Your questions begs for some more info. If you have a Base or Limited, placing a fixed spoiler would interfere with the auto deploying one you already have. If an SRT6 it would go where the stock spoiler already is, so what's the question again?

Why would you mess with the stock spoiler? Are you going for the Honda Civic Pep Boys look?

Well for that one to work it needs to be about two feet higher. The stock spoiler works in the boundary layer flow but that is far enough from the body to be in a turbulent region. Need to get it into clean air.

Blacktie, I'm not exactly sure what you really want.
1st. you say you're not big into spoilers, then you say you're looking for about the most radical spoiler you can get.
If you have a Limited or Base car, you can disable your spoiler simply by pulling the fuse, that way it's out of sight, and out of mind. "Disclaimer" Under no circumstances am I telling you to do this, The spoiler is there for a reason, and if it is inoperative a warning BEEP will sound above 90 mph to let you know that your car is now entering "The Highway to the Danger Zone." So if you still choose to disable your spoiler, you do it at your own risk.
If you drive normal and simply stay with traffic most all the time, you should have no
problems at speeds of 70 or 80 mph on dry pavement.
Personally I've installed a kill switch on mine, and I only put the spoiler up at highway speeds if I get caught in the rain.
As for the radical spoiler in the photo, it looks just like one that an old friend of the forum "HDDP" installed on his black 04 Race car. Why? Because he seriously raced his car, and it took a spoiler like that to make his car competitive.

Unfortunately, HDDP chose to move up the Food Chain and started racing his Corvette, and hasn't been around these parts for some time now. So I really can't give you any information as where he got his spoiler. But Good Luck with what ever you deside to go with.

We haven't heard from Blacktieguy so I'm guessing maybe he didn't realize that he had a spoiler already. Is that possible? Anyway, if you're out there Btg, how about replying to this thread you started.

Found video of the car mentioned. Looks like it's attached to stock wing.
Wonder what happens when he hits 60-61-ish?

Sorry about that, guys. I had been swamped the past week.

I do know that I have a spoiler in the car -- I was just looking for something a little different because the Xfire spoiler is nice it just doesn't fit my taste.

I was also trying to figure out if any of you guys knew WHERE I could place the spoiler on a hardtop Xfire and also if any of you knew any specific brand/model spoiler that would fit on the Xfire.

Sorry for not replying.

Where can I purchase that spoiler?

Or do I need to find a customs shop to do this for me?
