169000+ miles and going............When idling or in 6th gear at low speeds the engine seems to sputter as if it wants to shutdown yet when i give it gas it operates normal. Im not sure what the issue is its currently at a shop being diagnosed. Beats me it could be a catalytic converter egr valve fuel pump fuel relay not sure any ideas i need an answer pronto its driving me up the wall

 

Add fuel filter to the list.

 

i changed the fuel filter about 70000 miles ago do you think its time to replace it and is that the cause?

 

I dont have my crossfire manual in front of me but I know it is in there, based on your mileage since the last time you changed it. You should have changed it twice at minimal by now. Its a good cheap place to start first, do you ever run any fuel injector cleaner through your tank?

 

Yea i run fuel injector cleaner weekly
