Default Small Water Leak Under middle of car

There is a small water drip under the middle of the car whenever I have driven it. This is not under the engine but under the main body of the car. Could this be some sort of condensation or a leak which I need to be concerned about? Any help / advice would be appreciated.

I would say you need to get under the car and investigate when it is happening.

Could even be water out of the exhaust at a junction that is not completely tight.

Yep. This happened to me. When you stop the car after a drive-leave it running and, on your hands-and-knees, take a look. I could see the dripping joint.
