Default Service manual

Have noticed the 3 service manual set is less costly for 2008 than 2007. Does anyone know if there are any major differences that would prevent using data from a 2008 service manual for repairs of a 2007?

Thanks, all.

Save your self any cost and download the manuals from here (click) for no charge at all. There is not much difference in any years model to make it worth while to buy a set unless you like paper in your hands.
You can down load 2004 and/or 2005 model year manuals.
Read what they have for down load as there is a lot more than the manuals.

Thanks for the info. Downloaded without a problem. Saved me quite a few dollars. Hope I can pass it forward.

Glad to be of help, this site saves money there is no doubt about that.
Do not take your car to a dealer without asking about the problem here first. Dealers in general know much less than the collected knowledge on this site.
The 2004 model year book is easier to use to find what you are looking for as it has a larger index.

Thanks for the tip. Being a retired auto mechanic, I only take my car to a dealer for things like alignments, transmission flushes, things that require very specialized equipment that I cannot justify purchasing.

You are right about checking this forum for problem solutions first. However, be aware that I have infrequently seen repair procedures presented that are incorrect or worse downright dangerous to perform.

For what it is worth, I am also a member of a Corvette forum and it cannot compare to this forum. Sometimes it takes days to get a response if at all.

All Crossfire members on the forum should be commended for their enthusiasm with the brand.
