Default no start after sitting

I have a 04 xfire coupe 6speed manual. I parked it last week in my driveway. Went out to start it today and will not start. By not start I mean no click from the starter. Car has 90,000 miles on it. I replaced the battery with a wal-mart battery back on 12/2014. I tried to get a code from my code reader and it will not link with the car. I have some type of water leak on the drivers side after it rains, because the floor mat is wet/damp. Only issue i have had was the cps and replaced with factory bosch unit. Car has always started, it has sit about 7 days through rain and cold nights. When I turn the key everything comes on radio radar dec. I NOTICED that the cooling fan on the radiator comes on and proceeds to pick up speed and hauls ***!! I checked the standing voltage at the battery and it is 12.08 volts. Possible that the battery is going bad or water leaked on the clutch pedal shorting a relay or someting???

MOST likely the RCM, Relay Control Module.
Try the resolder fix ( search for "Mystery No Start" ),
and spray all the relay contacts with electronic contact cleaner.

No nothing as you describe, eliminating battery and connections, a bad RCM soldering issue sounds like the culprit
