As some have noticed the thread that contains all of the accumulated Crossfire manuals, specifications etc is not working. The only access to most of this information is on the CICCI site. Not all of the information gathered over the years is on the CICCI site and could already be lost. When it first appeared on the CICCI site it was only available to CICCI members, I told a senior member that I did not agree with that, as the info had been collected by members and non CICCI members alike and now it was behind locked doors. At that time I was a CICCI member but I have since opted out.
I think that forum members should speak out and ask that the information not locked away from non members. I personally found quite a few of the contents listed and do not want to see it pirated and out of sight from the general forum members. That may not happen but CICCI may not agree with that viewpoint.
I urge all to speak up and ask that it be kept on an open site.
