Paid $12.38 for a 1 liter can of Pentosin Super DOT 4 from Amazon. Free shipping; only paid an additional $0.74 for tax.

1 liter can from RockAuto was listed at $8.37 today. Not bad; with S&H, probably getting close to what I paid with Amazon.

Found 1 liter can of Pentosin Super DOT4 in Pep Boys today. Think is was $13 per can. A little pricey, but available locally.

I had a bad case of Pentosin. But I went to the doctor, now it's cleared up.

Was in the local AutoZone on Sunday, looking around. Been quite a few months since last visit. Did find one change. Pentosin brake fluid was stocked on the shelf. Super DOT4 was $13.99 per liter bottle. Don't remember the price on the other product (DOT4 LV), but it was just north of $20 per liter bottle.

GG you are as always correct !
I read this :
Even at extremely low temperatures -76°F (-60 ° C), Pentosin DOT4 LV brake fluid allows for
easier cold flow circulation in the micro-valves and servo pumps of the ABS resulting in a noticeable
reduction in the brake system response time, especially at short distances and quick stop and go
intervals.
That alone sells me on it for Alabama ( Don't you just hate those 76 below winters ? )

On a serious note : anyone used the Pentosin automatic transmission fluid ?
