In the past they have.....that's where I bought mine today ...with tax I gave about $25.47 each for two 5 qt jugs. That makes them $13.47 /5 qt = about $2.70 / qt. You can get the GOOD filter at Advance for about $10-$11 ......take your oil and filter to Walmart.....they'll charge you about $10 for labor.

So after the rebate (just do it online) & TAX...an oil change will cost a total of about $50-55 & you'll have a quart and a half left over to put in your Mercedes Lawn Mower.

My Audi A4 goes through a quart every 500 miles. This will definitely help. Thanks for posting.

A4....2.0 L Turbo....2.0 L Turbos are taking over the world. 4 years ago I traded in Fred for an AWD 2.0 Turbo Ford Escape......at the 48,000 mile mark .....still flawless. So far I've never had to add any oil. Put about 90,000 on Fred and now have 33,000 on Wilma....never had to add oil to either one.

2.0 is easy to make, nice form factor and fit for smaller cars, and the turbo gives it the power (but not the torque) of a small 6 yet retains the 4 cylinder fuel economy. Remember when 1 hp / cubic inch was a big deal in the 60s and 70s. My A4 has a 124 cubic inch engine putting out 225 hp, but I still see 27mpg around town and 28-31 highway. My 2003 2.7T chipped was 165 cubic inches and 318 hp (not so good on mpg, 18/23-25).

I just wish the run of Audi 2.0s from 2008-almost 2012 had the right ring set and did not have this oil leak. My 2.7T did not leak a drop between 8k mile changes even at 236k miles.

The 2.0 L in the 13 Escape (using 91 octane) is listed as 240 HP / 270 foot pounds torque. Manual recommends 87 unless towing (3500 pounds max)....with 87....231 HP.

Tried to test drive a Focus RS a couple of weeks ago....they wouldn't let us test drive it....they let my wife test drive a $50-60,000 Explorer....but I was not allowed to drive the $37,000 Focus.

Walmart also sells a Mobil 1 oil filter for the Crossfire that is part of the rebate.

Here's the filter, this web page has a 1-800 number to call for questions.
https://mobiloil.com/en/oil-filters/...ce-oil-filters
They say the filter is a synthetic blend media.
From the Rebate mentioned on this thread, the oil filter adds $3 to the rebate you get.

You can get the rebate even if You change the oil Your self . I change the oil and oil and filter my self . I then looked at the offer on line . The one I found had to be changed by Walmart or other dealer listed on form . I called Mobil at the 800 number listed they gave Me a different web site to go to . This one did not ask for a dealler name .

Yea, the M1C-253 - It's a paper filter. Go ahead, save $3.

The Purolator L25277 and NAPA 7078 are both re-boxed Mann Fleece Filters - those are what you should be buying. Note the difference, Fleece on the left, paper on the right.
But again, I URGE everyone reading this post to save a few dollars and buy the cheapest paper filter they can buy. Don't be stupid like me and buy a quality part to stand in the 80-100 psi-at-cold-idle flow of oil thru your car's engine.
