Default Lost one of our beloved Crossfires

we almost made 500,000 miles in a total of three crossfire’s, our maroon roadster was ‘t- boned’ at 157,000 miles, even had a new top. The cost to repair was too much.
So we bought an XK8 as a replacement and now our SRT has the refuse to start gremlin. Replaced the rcm and the battery but still nothing but a single click from the ignition, not at all sure what is the matter as no codes being thrown?

First thing is to check the cables for corrosion and make sure the ground has good contact at the fender.

Sorry for the lose of one of your herd...

If it doesn't click at all, try disconnecting both of your battery cables. Make sure the positive one is not touching anything, and ground the ground cable somewhere for upwards of a minute. I had the same problem in my N/A, no clicks or anything.

Thanks everyone for the help, we replaced the RCM it wasn’t very expensive, new from CARID..I disconnected the battery, connected the two leads and then installed the RCM, then reconnected the battery. Nothing happened, so I turned the ignition on, put foot on break moved the gear shift to neutral and tried again, it started immediately, and now starts as normal.

Must have thought it was in gear. I've had that happen on other cars before.
