Post AC Issues! Yeehaw

Hey, everybody!
Over the past few weeks I've been having issues with my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire's AC not working/working when it felt like it.
I'll hop in the cars some days and it will work just fine blowing it's sweet cold air against the summer's heat, while other times it won't work at all and I'm left to sweat on the drive home from work.
I've replaced the AC blower resistor and that doesn't seem to have worked. What I have noticed after working with the car a little bit is that the AC will always work after me disconnecting the battery; it'll work for the day and maybe the next morning, but not when I hop in the car after work. Could it be a temperature issue, because it works much more often in the cooler mornings than the hot afternoons while the car is left baking in the parking lot.
I'm open to any and all suggestions! <3

I'm embarrassed to admit it but I had an AC issue where it would not turn on. I would try it every morning and push the button but it wouldn’t start. I took it to my local shop and dropped it off. The shop owner got in the car and said he pushed the button repeatedly many times because he thought it felt sticky. He got it to work and it’s been working ever since. For some reason my pressing it didn’t do anything but rapid/repeated pressing did. Not saying this is your problem but I was very surprised. By the way, the shop charged me less than $20 for the diagnosis because they had checked line pressures. I love having a shop I can count on to be fair.
