I bring my cars to Jiffy Lube for oil changes because it is quick. I am finding their prices now are rediculously high and dealerships near me are actually more reasonable. I brought my Crossfire to a non-Chrysler dealer that I bring all of my cars to. They changed my oil and checked the fluids in the Crossfire. They bought the filter and used Mobile 1. I was there with them because I know the technicians. NO PROBLEM!

I called the next day and asked if they could change the fuel filter in my Crossfire. They tell me over the phone they don't have the tools to do the job. They said it requires special tools. My response "You don't have a screw driver"! What the heck is up with these dealerships? Do they think we are stupid?
