I just purchased an SRT6 and the fog lights don't work from the light switch but they come on when I turn off the ignition. Suggestions?

Hello all,
I have found another problem on my SRT I’m racking them up this month!
When I get out of the car the fog lights no longer stay on for ever how many seconds it was I think 30.
My fog lights will turn on with the switch.
My pneumatic locks still work great.
I have just removed my siren for replacement/repair.
I also have the trunk light removed due to my recent top left cylinder blow out.
I have always been battling water in my trunk. Mine leaks by the gas tank fill area.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
UPDATE:
I thought my car leaked by the gas tank fill area but it in fact had the spoiler leak issue. Garage kept and bought in southern California. Found about two inches of water in trunk. Bought a new CPS from needswings. They said they are going to help me with the wire harness issue as well.(My pin 13 fell apart due to corrosion).
