Default Brake Job Gone WRONG! Caliper Brackets not lining up!

New drilled rotors, pads, painted brackets and calipers and it was getting late. I noticed the caliper brackets had different part numbers but need to know if the brackets are reversible . I just cant get the two bolts lined up correctly for some reason.

ALSO... I have to ask this, why is it that all the instruction never give details on how to reinstall something? Sure, I should of paid attention when taking the brackets off but that step is behind me at this point and I am trying to get this finished before rain sets in for a few days. Don't roast me for a dumb question . .these parts are getting heavy for some reason and the rears went SO easy that I just want to go cruising for some Mustangs to break.

To be clear, the 18mm bolts that hold the brackets on are fine, I am talking about the 2 on each side that hold the caliper to the bracket, the ones that have a cap to cover them once in place.

So I was correct, the SRT6 has left and right brackets, the NA does not. Well . .figured that out.

I could not understand why you had the calliper inside out, now I know........ I think.
It might be tough to put a wheel on with the hydraulic line on the outside. 🤔

No the brackets that the caliper bolts to will go on either side and the caliper sits in it fine, its just that the bolts are a few mm's off. On the NA cars it does not matter but on the 4 puck SRT6 fronts the adaptor or bracket are side specific. CN1 on the drivers side, CN3 on the passenger side. I am also fighting with the AMG rims and the lug bolts I have but I will get it right.
