Can anyone tell me if a 2003 slk 230 right side 8 way passenger seat rail will work for a swap out with my 07 crossfire limited roadster passenger seat .

slk 230/320 seats better, worse, the same?

 

I'm doing the bottom rail swap for the height adjustment. I'll be using my current seat and putting the new seat rail with 3 motors from MB slk to give me the electric height adjustment. I don't know if the MB are more comfortable but i would think they're the same

 

The R170 8 way power passenger seat track is the same part # for SLK 230 & 320 (A1709102436) and I have SLK 320 seat track in my SRT6 so yes it will fit.

How much do the electric seats in the Crossfire weigh? Did the base cars come with normal manual seats?

About fitting I was reading that even R171 seats can be used. (?)
